The hosts at Plano5 - Robust Design were incredible. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by providing recommendations for local attractions and ensuring we had everything we needed. The modern industrial design of the accommodation was impressive, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect with background music. We truly had no complaints about our experience.

We stayed at Plano5 for two nights during our road trip in Portugal. The hotel design is unique and the room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The bed is absolutely cozy and the view of Serra da Estrela is amazing. The breakfast is delicious and worth the price. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If we visit again, we'll definitely choose Plano5.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The automatic air conditioning in the room cannot be turned off or adjusted, causing constant noise throughout the night.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this stunning hotel. the brand new property had a beautifully simple design and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. the restaurant served delicious food at a fair price, and we enjoyed our dinner there. the room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved the view from our room and the breakfast offered a great variety of options.
The loud church bell in the surrounding area. It could be a bit disruptive, especially during the night.
